JOT Properties (JP) is part of Heath Capital, LLC and has two main divisions, which are both primarily active in Southern California.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS AND INVESTMENTS
JOT Properties specializes in both high-end single family residential homes and mid-range multi-family apartments - combining quality, site-specific design and solid economic fundamentals with the potential for exceptional returns. JP acquires and develops properties for its own account, as a joint venture partner and as a developer for third party clients. JP is recognized for its creative approach to finding solutions where a comprehensive understanding of real estate finance, the process and construction is paramount.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
JOT Properties offers a boutique property management company that provides property management services to third party clients as well as JOT Properties' own portfolio. JP offers a hands-on approach to strategically managing real estate assets that allows the company to enhance value while managing the risks associated with the ownership of commercial and residential real estate.
